Corporate Services
	Daniel Waixel – Corporate Services Manager Daniel undertakes the very important role of Corporate Services Manager, ensuring that the business keeps up with all of its corporate responsibilities in relation to employment of staff, occupational health and safety and quality processes. He is responsible for managing and developing company policies and improving our processes to bring us to a point of accreditation in safety and quality management. Daniel is also responsible for helping to develop our staff and contractors to improved levels of competence, accountability and performance.
3fold China Office
	Kelly Lin – Business Manager, China Kelly is based at our office in Guangzhou, China and brings with her several years’ experience working in multi-national corporations. Fluent in several languages, Kelly is experienced in the management of the day to day operations required to provide a high level of service from our China office, including sourcing suppliers and communicating and following up product specifications, quality control, supervising product lines and tracking deliveries. Kelly’s efficiency and dedication helps to ensure that all of our products meet our customer’s quality and budget requirements.
Inventory, Estimating and Design
	*Ami Eliav – Inventory Estimating Manager* Ami has an eye for detail which is invaluable in his area of expertise. He is always available to our customers, answering queries on stock level and sourcing new equipment and suppliers. Ami is meticulous and thorough, ensuring nothing is missed and that our customers have the best value for money equipment onsite, on time.
	*Brian Michalowsky – Estimator* Brian has been with 3fold for many years and is well-versed in various equipment systems, styles, and set-ups. He has an understanding of how to piece together equipment schemes to achieve the required result and enjoys being part of the wider project.
	*Shane Ferreira – Estimator* Shane has a positive attitude that comes across in all he does. Keen to ensure 100% accuracy, 100% of the time, Shane is systematic and detailed in his approach to take-off and works hard to make certain that he not only reflects what’s on the plan, but also reflects the ultimate mind of the customer.
	*Graeme Butler – Design / Drafting* Graeme has been sub-contracting to 3fold for many years, and has now recently joined the team as an employee to keep up with the need for surveys, plans, layouts and other various drawings. Graeme’s skills assist us in being in a position where we can modify, improve or design completely new concepts from scratch.

Project Managers

	*Steve Hendricks - Team Project Manager* Having owned his own installation company in the past, Steve is a great asset to any project, bringing in-depth knowledge on people and processes. He understands what it takes to complete a project to a high-quality standard so that all involved come away with a positive result.
	*Guy Mathews – Team Project Manager* Guy has been successfully realising clients visions in the Design and Project Management of Boutique Retail Fit outs for 10 years. This ability to communicate across all disciplines of a project has been proven in many successful national roll outs, to the intricate and unique detail required by various national retail stores.
	*Steve Cruwys – Project Manager* Steve has been with 3fold right from its inception, having spent years working in shopfitting and project management. Steve has a thorough knowledge of equipment and installation and has overseen many a project from start to finish, maintaining quality results and customer satisfaction on any venture he is involved in.
	*Chris Vanderzaag – Project Manager* Chris is the youngest member of the Project Management team, bringing fresh ideas, an ease with technology and a passion for excellence to all he is involved in. Having achieved a bachelor in engineering, Chris has an interest in design and manufacturing and ways to bring innovation to retail systems. Every project undertaken by Chris is well managed, with no detail left unnoticed or aspect missed.
	Haydyn Taylor – Project Manager Haydyn is a great asset to the project team, bringing with him over 15 years’ experience in all forms of carpentry and extensive experience as a leading hand and onsite foreman on a number of major retail fit-out projects in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Over this time Haydyn has developed a high standard of detail and quality, strong organisational, multi-tasking and customer service skills whilst also developing a complete knowledge of all onsite trades and the ability to manage them to ensure successful project outcomes.
	Robert Cunningham – Project Manager Rob is a valued member of the 3fold team with over seven years experience in the construction and retail sectors, primarily with large and high end retail fit-outs. Rob brings to this role qualifications in Engineering and Project Management. This, coupled with his ability to be a team player and work collaboratively, as well as his capabilities in running multiple projects from start to finish, enable him to offer a high level of service and quality, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
	*Bob McMillan - Project Manager* Bob is based in New South Wales and available for onsite inspections, quoting and site supervision. Bob has worked on the sites of countless customers, giving him a thorough knowledge of retail stores, fit-outs and refurbishments. He understands what our customers are looking for and runs a thoroughly organised, on schedule site.
	*Chris Reeves – Project Manager* Chris is a second Project Manager based in New South Wales to assist with the workload in other parts of the country. Chris is a careful operator, going over every aspect of a project to observe that it is completed as per the customer’s specifications. He is highly regarded by our customers and takes great pride in delivering a quality result.
	*Terry Allan – Project Supervisor* Terry is one of the newest members to join the 3fold team, coming on board to be on hand at our installation sites, providing leadership and supervision for our various shopfitting teams. Terry is based in Victoria, at our 3fold Head Office, but is available for works across Australia, working in team with our New South Wales and Queensland Project Managers.
Project Support
	*Victoria Hartley - Project Administration Manager* Victoria has recently joined 3fold and brings to the Project Administration Manager’s role over 20 years Project Co-ordination and Operations Support Management experience. Victoria is a solution focussed professional with excellent communications, interpersonal and problem solving skills. She loves coaching and working with her team to create a supportive and inclusive environment that delivers excellent customer service and possess a strong desire to make a difference.
	*Simon Cresp – Project Support and Co-Ordination Assistant* Many things need to align for a project to come together as intended – the right things need to be onsite, at the right time, in the right way for the works to unfold as intended. Simon works tirelessly to make sure all details are in place, managing labour requirements, schedules, equipment hire and follow up.
Community Development
	*Karen Visser – Community Development Co-Ordinator* Karen oversees the Community Development arm of the company, which is at the heart of what 3fold stands for and is an area of special interest for Karen. With many years’ experience working with and for community groups, and a background in project administration and development, Karen is well-equipped to facilitate 3fold’s passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
